Cancer Care Director (Oncology)

Summary: Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, the Program Director will manage and coordinate activities of the Care Center. Work with the Medical Director to establish systems and processes that ensures continuity of care for patients, their families and physicians.
Responsibilities include:Developing, implementing, expanding and managing programs related to oncology services, including care coordination, patient support services, clinical research, Cancer Registry, and community health education/promotion. Works collaboratively with national and local organizations, eg American Cancer Society. Directs hiring and training of staff and supervises 15-20 employees.
Requirements: The successful candidate will have BSN with NH Nursing license who possesses experience and deep knowledge of the broad spectrum of Oncology related services and activities, has proven clinical/oncology leadership experience and excellent interpersonal skills. Master's Degree is highly preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
