We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Technology Specialist in our Technology Solutions Department which is located in our Hooksett office.
The Technology Solutions Specialist will assist in supporting the technology solutions CGI provides for our clients including web portals and online enrollment systems.
Job responsibilities will include pre and post-implementation support and training for the enrollment systems and websites as well as ongoing customer service.
The ideal candidate will have three to five years of experience in a human resources environment, a solid understanding of employee benefits, experience with payroll, HRIS or other online enrollment systems would be preferred.
The candidate must also possess excellent organizational and communication skills as well as enthusiasm and eagerness to assist this department's growth.
File
carrier issues and data clean up with regard to employee benefit elections and changes.
Addressing email questions from carriers and correcting any employee records in bswift.
Performing enrollments in bswift including updates from weekly change reports in bswift until the carrier EDI feeds are operational.
QA testing of new client configuration and change orders.
Building/configuration of new client sites in bswift.
Acting as a liaison between CGI and the client with regard to bswift operational issues, customer service and performing client education with regard to bswift.
