Job Description:
Learning and maintaining knowledge on campus meal plan, locations and overall hospitality programsInvolvement in meal plan and dining program information tables at eventsAs well as creating event social media content, campus communication updates, and assisting with event set up and break downMaintain excellent customer service towards guests through engagement and a positive demeanorAdhere to SNHU Hospitality safety policies and procedures including food safety and sanitationLearn and utilize the tools and technology available to complete daily tasks and projectsAssist Office Manager with office administration tasksOther marketing or hospitality related responsibilities as assigned.
