Hooksett, New HampshireThe Production Specialist works under the direction of store management to maintain efficient store operations.
Day to day, this role provides outstanding customer service, selects great quality merchandise from donations to stock the sales floor, and maintains a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
The role is like that of a stockroom associate or receiving associate.
The production specialist role is expected to:
Sorts, inspects, and stocks donated goods Optimizes the value of donations Meets minimum Units Per Hour (UPH) and production effectiveness expectations Responsible for exercising care in the performance of job tasks.
Must follow Agency safety policies and procedures established within respective departments.

Performs duties by Agency policies and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Works with supervisors to ensure individual production goals are met consistently.
Maintains an accurate record of daily production completed during designated production times.
Ensures compliance with Agency standard training in their location.
Pricing merchandise using best practices and stocking to the sales floor plan Processes material at the donation site by sorting donations made throughout the day Requirements:
Ability to display a positive, friendly attitude to maintain a positive work environment Mathematical and literacy skills to support job duties Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A criminal background check that meets agency standards Preferred
Qualifications:
Light manufacturing, processing, warehouse work experience or certification Prior thrift or used goods processing experience High school diploma, GED, HiSET, or equivalent Our store revenues fund our nonprofit mission to invest in people who need support to achieve their work and life goals.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
