HR Generalist

We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will assist with recruiting, orientation, onboarding/separation processes.
Work with managers and employees to provide training and learning opportunities.
Promote a positive wellbeing culture.
The successful Generalist is a self-motivated, quick-learning multi-tasker with superior written and verbal communication skills, who works well individually and as an integral part of a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Assist the HR Manager with other HR related responsibilities as needed.
The HR Generalist will report to the HR Manager.
Responsibilities:
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes, job postings, interviews, offer letter etc Assist with separations, exit interviews, unemployment, etc Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
Provide support to HR Manager with employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and assist with resolving any issues that may arise.
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
Undertake tasks around performance management.
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations.

What We Do:
Self-funded-insurance plans involve employers enlisting the assistance of a TPA to 1) build custom benefit plans for its workforce, 2) collect premiums from enrollees by avoiding interference and costly premiums from an insurance carrier, and 3) dispute or pay medical claims.
CBG's wide array of products and services include administration of self-funded medical and dental plans, flexible spending accounts, parking and transit accounts, health reimbursement arrangements, tuition reimbursement programs, COBRA management, Retiree/Direct Billing programs, and premium collection services, as well as providing customized benefit solutions to businesses nationwide.
Requirements:
Knowledge of standard procedures for basic human resources functionality including recruitment, benefits, onboarding, training.
Solid knowledge of employment/labor laws Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.
g.
Paylocity) will be a plus Excellent communication and people skills Aptitude in problem-solving Desire to work as a team as well as independently with a result driven approach Ability to maintain a high level of tact, trust, and confidentiality and handle situations with diplomacy and respect.
Ability to oversee budgets, 3
years of experience with Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/certification.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
